The cat came back the very next day...

Well...not really and then again, sort of.

There once was a white feral cat that lived at Blue Lake Resort. It had made its home and territory the whole resort. And then along came Lucky and his family. Lucky likes to have his own territory too. Night after night Lucky and the "resort" cat had meetings about who could have what part of the resort. Every meeting ended with a nasty fight. And both cats would come away with ugly injuries.
One morning Lucky came home to his family so bruised and battered that his left eye was swollen shut and his nose was bleeding. His family had had enough of this fighting and decided to put a stop to it.
Lucky's dad tried scaring off the "resort" cat with loud noises and shots from his BB gun. (He never hit him.) But those attempts didn't work. The "resort" cat continued to come about. So they set out a live trap for the him. And on the first night they got him.
He was a nice looking cat. He actually looked like his mama was a Siamese cat and his daddy was a Bobcat. As well, he had beautiful blue eyes and of course, like most Siamese, they were crossed. He was much, much larger than Lucky. And Lucky's family was surprised that Lucky had survived so many "meetings".
In the end, the "resort" cat was sent to a place better suited for him. And now Lucky roams the whole resort with no fear.
